The Exchange at Ernest Harriss House is a Westminster community hub in Westbourne, opened in April 2025 and run in partnership with North Paddington Foodbank. It offers free and low-cost workshops, lunch and community meals, advice drop-ins (housing, finances, employment and benefits), IT support and a café run by the refugee-led social enterprise Haven Coffee.
