Before you visit
Welcome to Battersea Power Station.
We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors. Our Guest Services team can support you with mobility equipment hire (including wheelchairs and mobility scooters), guidance on step-free and quieter routes, sensory support resources, and general accessibility information.
We also offer sighted guide assistance for visitors with visual impairments and British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting on demand to support deaf and hard-of-hearing guests.
If you would like assistance during your visit, please speak to a member of the team at one of our information desks on arrival. To help us better prepare for your needs, we encourage you to contact us in advance to arrange support.
